ParticipantHi Guys,
I’ve had an e-mail from Andrew Kilner of above S/P asking if I had an interest in joining them as they are currently setting up a national service network. Has anyone else had work from them or same e-mail. Anyone know Andrew Kilner?Alan

The e-mail was a bit vague and he could not give any details of the source of the work ie brand/manufacturer.

Done Necht appliances before…….NEVER again!!
Ovens were absolute rubbish, edges sharp as razors, all cables inside too tight and take any cover off and the whole thing goes out of shape and thats if you could get the screws out as they had been put in so hard that they just turn but don’t extract. Neons used to flicker all the time ,even when the appliance was selected off………..
I don’t slag off many appliances but these were something else….March 5, 2009 at 12:18 am #279050iadom

yes its maple but surley if the appliances not that good doesnt that meen more work. The cooker are not the same ones that they used to have they didnt comform to british standards and we told them even designed a mod for them but didnt get us any where so we stopped working with them abot 4 years ago and only just started again. the washer that they do look like haier machines and so do the dishwashers. they seem dead easy to work on once you got them out

On principle I wouldn’t want to work for Vance Miller for several reasons.
The most obvious reason being that, as far as I am aware, he still has an order to stop trading outstanding and, I’m told, is trading illegally. How true that it is that he is banned from trading I don’t know but I do know that he was the first person in the UK to receive such an order.
I’ve also had a couple of letters from solicitors he’s employed trying to get posts removed from this site as he didn’t like the comments people had on the products.
I also know that other sites have also had such communications.
It’s not pretty.

andrew,if as you say(yes its maple but surely if the appliances not that good doesn’t that mean more work)Are the spares to be replaced of inferior quality too and therefore a recall would be made while still under warranty?this would incur the engineer re attending at their own cost?please clarify.
