My AEG Favorit 50730 kept tripping its anti flood valve. I took the left hand side off and found a leaking hose that fed the matrix that runs up the side. Fixed this with a jubilee clip and re-assembled it. Tipped the dishwasher over at an angle of 45 degrees and let the water out to reset the anti-flood valve

Set it off on a cycle and the water pumps out of the sump for a few seconds and then about 60 seconds later the error lights start flashing indicating a mislaid or blocked sink hose.

This is blatently not the case as I can pour a bucket full of water into the dishwasher and it gets pumped out again if I restart the cycle

Any ideas ? Circuit board ?

    TIA

The DW probably thinks it is still full of water, and is trying to empty it before it’ll start a cycle.

I can’t remember how the pressure system works on that particular model, but it could be something to do with the matrix.

What is it doing during those 60 seconds?
