    sorry if this is posted before

    i have an gw708u which shows error code 00001011


    can any one tell me what the fault could be


    it slow fills on both hot and cold

    11. Suggests a problem with the water level control circuit – the computer does not agree with the readings from the level sensor.

    Easy things to check – air hose to the level switch is not disconnected, pinched, trapped, kinked or holed. Top deck off for access.

    Hard things to check – the level switch itself. This is not an on/off switch, it is a proportional control device, giving a frequency output to be read by the computer. It is an integral part of the motor control pcb, so failure involves replacing the board.

    thank you penguin, will proably dump the unit.

    not really worth any more time and certainly no money.
