Fitted new wash pump all appeared to work ok.
Customer says upper spray arm is not turning.
All holes free and turns easily by hand.
Is it there is not enough pressure going up to turn the arm?
Also there is a hole in the roof where the condensor is secured by a plastic nut [position 7433]
The nut has an internal thread as if to take a cap which would screw into it although that part isn’t shown on the drawing.
By having that hole in the condensor would that reduce the pressure up to the upper spray arm?
    Any help appreciated.

Look just below the lower spray arm and you will see were the upper spray arm clips into a cover, these regularly pop out caused by a broken clip causing the upper spray arm to lose pressure, replace the cover if this is the case.

the lugs on the cover sieve usually break stopping the upper feed pipe from clipping back in. also check the seals at the point where the upper basket plugs into that feed pipe, this should be a tight fit, the rubbery seals break down and pressure is lost. you can only get that clip on seal section complete with feed pipe. not a cheap part and usually end up chucking the pipe. customer won’t be very happy after paying for a wash pump job.
