Assume you have checked if the machine is level and not leaning forward?
You could try packing it up at the front to run the water towards the rear of the dispenser (assuming the outlet is at the back).
Also is the SD hose completely clear? Some machines have a “u” bend shape hose and can become blocked or restricted with undissolved powder

if you take the hose disp hose off from the tub by taking off door seal from front face there is a little flap which can either stick a bit or i have had items partially or totally stuck behind it causing soap drawer to leak.
cheers chris

I had one, tried all the wrinkles to fix it over a couple of days. In the end fitted a new soap drawer top and cured it immediately so having had a couple more I just do that.

is the spray nozzles inside the dispenser box all black and gunged up? possibly squirting the inlet of water into a direction that allows it to escape?

a possible clue as to they are clogged is remove the lid of machine and look around the seam of the dispenser outer ( box ) if u see dried soap powder around the seam assume a blockage.
A good flush out by removing and cleaning with boiled water normally works for me.

I agree with Rob.
Change the dispenser upper assy. When I did in-guarantee work for Samsung this was the only way to sort it.
I did loads of pratting about, at first, with pressure, machine levels & cleaning none of it worked with these Samsung machines.

Well LJ,
If it doesn’t work, as I have found on this model a few times, then it isn’t service it’s a waste of mine and the customers time so it is a new soap dispenser top every time. It’s down to experience on this machine ,which is what Dave was after in the first place. Perhaps you know otherwise.

LJ you must stop being so sensitive.
My ‘pratting about’ comment was in regards to these Samsung machines, not to all makes and models.
I find cleaning, levelling, poking, adjusting, jabbing, staring & SERVICING does work on many other makes.
🙂

Often, I just walk in the door and it fixes itself. 😆
