ParticipantHi. Any advise on the best of these two. Hoover Vision HD 8kg load 1400 spin. Or Candy Grand 8kg load 1400 spin. They are both reconditioned machines. Thanks. Daza

Thanks for that. Can you recommend one thats good. Family of 4, loads of washing. Need one that can easily be serviced with split drum for bearings etc. Quick wash would be good? Rather get an opinion from here than from all the blurby salesmen that dont know …anything.
Thanks
Correct spellings on this one 😳July 14, 2009 at 9:28 pm #292205helo_75

Quick wash is not something you should want to use that often.
Also best to stick to a 6kg max load.
What is your budget?

if you go to the ISE website, http://www.iseappliances.co.uk or find the link on this site, you can find out where your nearest supplier is.You can also download a brochure in pdf format for your information. 😀Alan

ISE or mid to high end Bosch it is then. 🙂
You need to lay out at least £400 to £450 to get anything half decent TBH.
I have to replace the main bearings in a Bosch that is just over 2 years old later this week but it is one of the Spanish made, sub £350 appliances. :rolls:

If budget is not a consideration, ISE10 every time.
The only viable option to that is a Miele, but not the cheap ones.
They are both in a different league to most anything else.
The ISE doesn’t have some of the “fancy” features that the Miele does but that’s as much of a disadvantage as it is an advantage, depending on what you want or need. The ISE is simple to use, durable and just ludicrously well built as well as sustainable. It is what it is and doesn’t pretend to be anything else but that.
The Miele tends to have add-ons like (what I consider) silly things like stain busters and 20 levels of spin speed or whatever, basically, stuff that looks good on paper that most people will rarely, if ever, use.
Beyond that I’m not going to slag Miele off, I’ve resolved to try and not do that… for at least a week. 😉
