Just booked a job in for the morning.
    Beko DE3431FW

By what the customer has said is, when he puts it on to rinse it heats up,but when its on a wash programme it doesnt, also it never ends the cycle.

This is a new one on me, just wondering if anyone has come across this problem or can shed any light on it?

    thx.

    Niether! it turned out NFF.

Customers need to read manuals and get accustomed to how their machine works.
    LOL.

But the diagnostic sheet really helped ( thx again steve ).

Nevermind still got the call out/diagnosis fee.
