Beko DE3431FW By what the customer has said is, when he puts it on to rinse it heats up,but when its on a wash programme it doesnt, also it never ends the cycle. This is a new one on me, just wondering if anyone has come across this problem or can shed any light on it? thx. But the diagnostic sheet really helped ( thx again steve ). Nevermind still got the call out/diagnosis fee.
