ParticipantHi, Anyone familiar with this machine?
A white film is being left on the dishes and on the inside of the machine.
I’ve tried to reset the salt level intake as per instructions, by holding down the start and temp buttons together and switching on. The programme status “P” should appear and also the “Tap/Drain” indicator should light up. I’m getting Nothing on the display at all.
Thanks for your help.

make sure the dial is at the 12 o clock position when switching on…. once you get to the salt level feature set it to 19… this is the right setting unless there is a built in softener on site..then 16 is your best bet

Hi, Thanks for your reply. Yes, the dial was in the 12 O’Clock position, but still no joy. They have 2 machines exactly the same model and i tried this on the other machine and it worked? Any other ideas?
Much apreciated.

out of curiosity ,if you were to switch off at the wall and on while holding down b and c (a=top c=bottom b=middle)does it go into programming mode??? its been known for the live on the on-off button to weld shut, causing the main control board to only switch neutral….
what hapens if you switch on holding down a & b… if it says s21 in the display ,sounds silly but it may be easier to remove the facia panel and push the buttons without it in place,as if the contact is not great when you turn the power on it will not regester the buttons being pressedOctober 20, 2009 at 7:35 am #299221Ashby

f26= flooded base… either the drain pump…or the ring holding the inlet chamber on the right hand side of the cabinet inside is loose

Hi, The drain pump on this machine needs replacing.
Where is the best place to get one please, and could you give me an idea of the cost?
Many thanks.
