Hi I have a Beko double oven/cooker with ceramic hob – DC5442W. Everything works fine except the number 2 setting on all the rings !! all the other settings work but number 2 – thought it to be a wiring problem but cant see it !!!

    Any suggestions thankfully accepted

I can’t give you a specific answer, but it more or less has to be a wiring issue. Power off, lift top and have a good look for burnt-out wiring.

Might be worth a look? check the links on the mains inlet connections?
one might be loose or burnt? IE: L is linked with numbers 1,2 and 3.
Check your instuction book for wiring connections.
    power off tho
