    Hi
Can anyone help the above washing machine is very noisy when its in a spin cycle, its seems ok when on washing cycle.
When i spin it by hand it sound ok, ( no grinding sounds as if the bearing have gone)
I have check and the weights are still attached to the springs and nothing appears to be not attached.

Please any help its only 14 months old

    Thanks in advance

    Frank

id still try tightening the wieghts, even if theyre on…

if the bearings havent gone, the weights either loose, or one of the suspension legs is broken, or the dreded drum spider

keep an eye on it – these were notorious for stripping the plasticy lugs on the drum. already had to drill through and bolt the weight on one machine, because otherwise the machine was a write-off… granted, it was a graded mode,l which i suspect its initial problem was therefore a loose weight, but all hotpoint did was add a bit of plastic padding filler, screw the screw in and send it back out. lasted 13 months and h/p didnt want to know when it went wrong.
