ParticipantThis appliance has a fault code of F1 which is I believe a blocked filter. This was replaced. The appliance was switched off for an hour to reset the fault as per the user manual. The fault is still indicated and the ice machine will not work. The cold water function operates fine with a plentifull supply of water. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Turn off mains for 3 mins, turn back on then open and close freezer door 3x. Test mode will start on its own, display will count down and any fault code will be displayed on front panel.

Tried turning off then on and opening the door 3 times but no test function carried out. Still got the F1 Code. Is there a way of cancelling the alarm code. Scratching my head on this one?

I have looked at the diagram for this model and it was built b4 the test sequence was introduced. You cannot remove fault manually. F1 is displayed where? check water dispenser/valve, defrost heater, build up of crap behind lower grill (where water filter fits) if all ok it will be main pcb at the rear.

Already changed the water filter. Everything works apart from making ice?

Went to this again today. The fault code if it is a fault code is F1{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}. The ice maker is still not working so I took it off and put a live feed to it and the motor turned the ice ejector assy. Any ideas would be helpful.

Thanks for the info machine has now reset to 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}. However it is still not making ice. The tray is freezing the water but the ice is not being shifted to the ice compartment. The motor turns when a supply is conected to the motor assy. Any clues would be appreciated.
