Hello can anyone help ? I have just been to this bosch logixx SGS66a02 dishwasher when it fills up with water there is not enough in the well to spray properly! The water just dribbles out of the spray arms! I have cleaned out the water float on the side still not taking enough water. Anyone have any suggestions to make the machine take in more water?

Easy peasy!
Tube running from base of fill matrix to sump is choked. Take out sump filter and work a thick cable tie or thin soft bottle brush in along the tube which enters the sump from left near front of machine. Water comes along there under gravity only so it gets gunked up.

Is it the white ribbed hose? If it is I already cleaned that out will check again monday.

It’s ribbed, kind of semi-transparent. Don’t think you could mistake it for any other hose. Very common fault, but if you cleaned it already maybe it’s not that this time. Are you giving it time to fill and empty the matrix two or three times?

That hose is clear. It only fills the matrix once. No more fills! Is it a timed fill on these machines?

Don’t know, don’t think so. But I think what happens normally is it fills up, trips the float switch and stops filling while the matrix drains down. Once drained, the float drops and it begins filling again. I think it’s on the third fill that when it reaches full and the switch trips the motor kicks in.
I have a strong suspicion that your float is sticking in the full position after first fill instead of dropping. Either that or the microswitch is faulty?

When the appliance fills to first level the circulation pump motor kicks in, this reduces water level, which then kicks in the fill valve again until fill level is reached.
You should notice the little blue arm coming outwards and it returns when circulation motor kicks in.
If the circulation motor activates but no water entering spray arms and no fill would indicate the level hasn`t dropped, probably an obstruction somewhere in the heater matrix.
Believe it or not I had a call to a ServiceForce agent who called out to a Bosch D/W with a complaint of no wash action on the spray arms.
1st guy orders spray arms, second guy fits them, customer complains, they call back, remove motor and take to workshop, re assemble with new impellor kit, still not working.
They take appliance back to workshop and I get the call for help.
I remove heater matrix to find the little piece of plastic from a pasta sauce pot jammed across one of the holes.
The drop in pressure was not enough for the second fill and the pressure too low.
Took them 6 weeks to repair, took me 35 minutes. 😆 😆 😆 😆
Are you sure its the water levels ?
Could it be a blocked circulation motor not giving enough pressure to spin the arms ?
The water level on fill should reach about half way up the salt pot lid and just about cover the base of the appliance with about 1/2″ of water.
The water matrix on the left hand side is the exact (almost ) amount of water required. If this is dumping all of its water into the sump then i’d suggest the circ pump is blocked or the impellor loose.
If it doesn’t dump all its water then i’d be looking at the pressure chamber.
P.S If the circ motor isn’t building enough pressure then check the hole in the sump base at about the 3 o’clock position. I’ve had a few where a small object in here ( plastic carton tag , piece of plastic ) has caused the fault you’re describing.

Checked all hoses no blockages, water fills once only motor cuts in no more water ! What I have noticed the blue arm on microswitch does not move even when it fills up! This machine is doing my head in!!!!

It should, there is a diaphragm that should poke out the arm.
This should go back in causing the fill to start again.
If it isn`t coming out the appliance will over fill, which will cause the chamber with the red float to fill, this will cause the appliance to fill and empty every few seconds.

Check continuity of dump valve on the bottom of the side chamber as these can go.

The dump valve is opening, if I disconnect the dump valve water stays in the matrix when i reconnect water flows out. Just not enough water!

Have you checked the heater box and valve.
Its either blocked or valve is jammed.
