    Hi there. Does anyone know the value of this TOC so that I can purchase a cheaper one (a none Miele part). Thanks for your help..

    Value is normally printed on the side of T.O.C if you still have it, it may be 175c 😉

    check current rating is same though if you don’t use genuine

    Don’t forget to keep the old one and try putting it in the freezer – they sometimes reset!

    heard this from a reliable source in the past but not once has it ever worked for me! tried weeks in freezer and using freeze it spray with no luck on any type of toc at all.

    Only tried it once and it worked….didn’t work with freezer spray though. Anyway it is worth a go they don’t take up much space in the freezer, hey I wonder if it works in a frost free freezer? maybe that was the problem! :rolls:

    i reset lots of toc by dropping onto concrete from 2metres height, works every time. make sure you drop it metal side down
