Temperature sensor in the front duct is too cold and out of the parameters that the electronics expect. Pull the filter out and you can put your hand down and touch the sensor, warm with your hand for a few seconds and everything will be OK. 😉
Anyone had this affecting Whirlpool electronically controlled dryers. Just had a customer on the phone with one with all the lights flashing. Its in a garage and it went down to -10 here last night, still reading -08 on my car temp gauge.
Not been out to it yet so don’t have model number etc.

had a handful up here last few weeks jim, and apparently the handbook advises customer that if ambient temp is below 5, the unit wont run . hth
