Participanti’m pretty sure i know the answer to this but i’ll ask any way.
select a wash cycle and it starts with the usual clunk from fill valve when it powers up. it has a think about it and the fills and starts washing. after about 10 mins during the heat phase it suddenly and repeatedly starts clunking from fill valve about evry second or so.
my gut feeling is board fault but i’m hoping it’s something much cheaper.
thanks

Heater’s on after 10 minutes – earth leak?
EMW and QER both sort the pcbs out for sensible money if that proves to be the problem.

i know what you mean pgs but in this case the door is locked and due to other functions ( fills rotates begins heating etc)i can only assume that it is o.k. also if selector is turned to off then back on the problem disappears for about another 10 mins then comes back.

I had very similar on a Hoover washer, stuttering valve and found if I put plug in a different socket it disappeared. Probably the module but just a suggestion

servis had a big problem with door locks causing the valve to pulse mainly after a cycle had finished, check the lock and if it is a larger blue type then change it as these where problematic.
