Hi guys, iv’e got an Indisit WIA121 with a burnt motor connector block, can i replace the block with indiviual spade clips or is that a no no, i’m trying to get hold of a block to replace it but thinking of other options too
Why should there be any problem with that? As long as it’s all well insulated and cable-tied to the motor wiring plate so that no stress is placed on the connectors themselves and there’s enough length to allow the necessary movement. Might be an idea to securely number all wires for easier reconnection next time it goes wrong. (Which in the case of this model, surely won’t be long 😆 .)

Only a hundred quid. That’s Indesit’s retail price with £5.99 delivery to add. I think you get 20{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} off for trade so It’s probably better than paying Connect £78.30 plus vat (out of stock!). At that rate you could do the customer a real favour and call it BER 😆
