Hotpoint WMD940G, is it possible to change the drum pulley without removing tub?

Is it the normal 13mm hex centre bolt holding it all together? Is so there is probably room to ease the tub towards the front of the machine and get a long handled socket drive onto the bolt head.

I have done both the one with the hexagon and the one with the torx head with the drum in situ.

Found it easier to remove the front panel which allowed the drum to be tilted forward for better access.
