I have a confusing problem with my washing machine, in that if I run a 95 degree wash, the detergent stays in the dispenser drawer. I haven’t noticed any problem with ‘normal’ washes of 40-60 degrees. It is only the 95 degree wash that doesn’t work.
I mostly use powder or tablets that go in the dispenser drawer and most washing is done at 40 with sheets/towels at 60. Every so often I wash a few dishcloths at 95, but the last few times I have tried this the powder or tablet has been left slightly soggy in the dispenser drawer.
Can anyone suggest anything? I don’t understand why it only seems to be the hot wash that doesn’t work.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
