been out to this machine
Not finishing program

Washer element, dryer element ?
What is wrong with the element, if it is O/C then I would suggest cheapo element to blame unless the heater is coming on with no water in the drum due to PCB or pressure switch fault, if it is the wash element you are talking about of course.
