Customer swears it always goes from ready to wash and within 2 mins goes back to ready, I tried it 4 times and it was ok, any issues with this one???

Did you take the front off the machine?
Its worth checking the thermistor & connector as water contamination can give you this error.
Oh and insulation test the heater while you’re there.

replaced heater had good result, Much later on still doing same but only when Im not there works fine when Im there. Is there a test prog or reset for programmer, customers voice could strip paint and she uses the Alex Ferguson “hairdrier” technique
