May be a heater fault.
Remove mains plug, take off the back panel and test the heater with a megger or multimeter.
BTW, I think you may have actually checked the brushes, bushes are those green things in the garden. 😉

Does it stop completely, just keep on tumbling from side to side or does it start to drain then stick?

it washes then it pumps water out then drum turns but doesnt add water for rinse unless you stop machine and manually turn it to rinse.after rinse it then needs to be stopped and manually turned to spin.

Not sure if that particular machine has a mechanical timer or a fully electronic PCB.
When you say it doesn’t add water, can you hear any water running but not actually filling into the drum?
It does sound like a timer fault TBH though.. 😥

Maybe filter blocked & machine not emptying all water or appliance drain hose too far down waste pipe & is syphoning on next fill.

machine has electronic pcb.ran it through the mini 30 minute cycle,it filled, washed, drained, rinsed, drained then when it was suppose to go to spin but the drum just turned both ways at low speed until i manully ended the program.
