3.11 Fault code F13
Fault code F13: Water intake fault at end of step.
The programme is interrupted and the drain pump is operated. The Inlet / Drain LED flashes. The fault will be indicated in the display or via LEDs. After approx. 2 – 4 min, the buzzer is activated for 2 min.
On models with software version ID 769, the buzzer is activated continuously until the appliance is switched off.
Background information: This fault is registered when the desired number of pulses, which varies depending on programme, has not been detected within a certain given time (max. 4 min) during the water intake in programme phases pre-wash, main wash, interim rinse and final rinse.
If the selected programme starts with softener flushing, the fault check is carried out sooner. If the fault is registered, the selected programme is cancelled after 30 s and the fault is indicated.

Remedy
Check the water intake.
If voltage is present at the electronic unit for the solenoid valve, check the solenoid valve Y2 leads for continuity.
Check the filter at WPS (WaterProof System) valve Y2.
Cause
Filter in WPS (WaterProof System) clogged.
Remedy
Disconnect the dishwasher from the mains.
Close the stopcock.
Unscrew the WaterProof System from the stopcock.
