    F13 it seems is a dispenser circuit error BUT will I need the whole kit? listed on connect as WPL480111100333

    Customer says machine is only around 15 months old….is this a common fault guys?

    I have the same problem reported by a customer today. Booked in for tomorrow so here’s hoping someone meanwhile can help – please? 🙂

    Ive had same fault a few months ago turned out to be door interlock 🙂

    My customer decided to re[place machine rather than risk possible pcb fault 😥

    Took a gander at this beast this morning. The door is locked, can’t open it even with the power off! Also the display/Led’s are dead, no sign of life within. Is the door interlock a solenoid release job as there doesn’t appear to be a door latch? 😕 The m/c is just 20 days out of warranty too. 🙁

    Is it a scrapper? Or where best should I thump it? I’ve tried the crystal ball technique but it’s too cloudy to see anything! 😕

    No I think it was just like a normal Bi metal interlock i Thumped the door switch with the end of my screw driver 😉 and then could open the door and then the machine came to life 😕 but the switch was a special order and was about £50 trade 🙁

    definatley door interlock we have done quite a few recentley machine will go dead, give it a thump door will open and it will power back up. replace door interlock.
