have a weird fault. The water inlet for dryer never seems to have a neutral. I’ve tested for a good 15 mins, pump comes in and out but no neutral to the valve. Are the 2 cut outs at the front open or closed circuit. When I tested them (hot) the front was open circuit and the one behind closed. Is this correct? Any ideas??

What cut outs are you on about? 😕

Valve failure is common on these especially on the dryer. Just try sticking a new valve in. 💡
