Hi Can someone advise me please.
I have had a Bosch Fridge Freezer KGN33V60GB.
Had it 18mths after the previous FF was repaired 3 times within 6mths and eventually replaced by Bosch.
They have both suffered the same fault: Freezer not remaining frost free. Evaporator plate not defrostingfreezer and the fridge temp warm.
Compressor not as active as used to be and the fan in the freezer works but slow.
Taken apart the freezer components at least 4 times defrosted and dried but not any different.
    Any Ideas please? 😥

    Re: Bosch fridge freezer problem

There is a back plate in the freezer behind which is the fan and evaporator, these can get blocked by frost.
If you aren’t able to remove the back plate then 48 hours of defrost is required ie,empty, switched off with door open.
If you can remove it use a hair dryer to defrost,no sharp or metal objects and switch off at mains.
There are also a couple of sensors which could be problem, you can check if you have the abilty and equipment required.

Thanks for that.I have removed all the bits and done the hairdryer bit.

Any idea where the sensors are or do you have a diagram.
I did electronics at college so shouldn’t be a problem!!!!!

Thanks for the advice appreciated. 😆

If you removed the back panel you would see the sensors clipped into the evaporator,3 of them.
Can’t help you with their respective values though.
Always unplug when removing panels etc.
