ParticipantHi Guys,
Having a problem with these cookers, had a few where the thermal cutout from main oven has closed circuit, but having a problem in identifying why? the oven seams toregulate its temptrature ok and have a customer where this has happened for second time, they where using the oven and two rings when it’s has gone off again ‘assuming before I look at this it is same thermal cutout’, Have had a few of these ovens and the DC5422 with same fault.
Can anyone suggest anything to resolve, only other thing is oven thermastat maybe?
thanks in advance

yeah finding same thing, but try and explain to a customer it’s a faulty component 😯
gotta be a solution, going to change oven thermostat as its the oven TOC that is closed circuit each time, either that or a useless batch of TOCs!?

OK hopefully have a solution to this, just got off phone with tech support @Beko and they confirmed they had a faulty batch of these, so looks as if I replaced with another piece of cr*p 😆
They have however given me a part number that should resolve this issue, the part number is: 4410101001 however it isn’t in stock 😡
anyone having this problem, it would maybe be worth getting this part to replace!

210110544 is a thermal cut-out thats been fitted to a lot of Beko cookers, its the button type that takes 2 spade cable connections as opposed to the thermal fuse crimped wired type.
