Hi, Dave!
Remember us talking about the soap hose contacting the tub rim on the ISE variant and how to remedy it? The Amica is probably doing the same.
Go on the ISE forum and read the “AW23 soap hose” thread; it may help.Cheers,
Steve.

You will find that the customer has just checked the filter before you arrived to make sure nothing in it.

Hi steve
yep can recall our chat but what i can’t understand is that water had collected on the angle of the pump filter,to me that suggests a dispenser drawer issue.Dave

Pump on the right? how can water from dispenser on the angle of pump?
I had a split in the small grey drain off hose from filter recently?
I have been checking the later Amica on delivery now and on all the ones I have seen the dispenser hose issue seems to have been resolved, the distance is much greater from the tub 😉The only way to see if it is a dispenser problem is the base is covered in black rubber bits.
It is difficut to see the hole as it is right on the shoulder, so you have to remove it to find it.October 11, 2010 at 8:03 pm #332302Steven

Found the rason for the leak on the right hand side 😆
PRESSURE CHAMBER PIPE, chaffing against the end of cable channeling. 😉
Needs additional sleeving or a smooth enclosed chanel conduit to come further down the side panel to prevent this.
