    This dishwasher had a hole in the heater housing so i fitted new heater. Then i discovered it was not heating as the leg on the heater relay had burnt out so i sent it off to EMW for repair. When i fitted it, the problem is when you select the quick wash it shows 96 minutes in the display. Customer says this should be 30 which sounds right. This machine has INTENSIVE, NORMAL, ECO, QUICK and PREWASH when selected the first three show 2 hours the quick 96mins and prewash about 25 i think. The quick wash does start heating the water straight away. Whats going on.

    You may need to let it finish the whole cycle to help reset the programme times. Get the customer to run it through a complete quick wash and then a complete normal wash. You might find the times settle down after that.

    Subs, these pcb’s show the time the program took last time it did it. If you’ve had a heater fault then the prog times will be extended. Get the customer to run the machine and if all is now working correctly then it will reset itself. Wizard
