got a call from a lady says she was doing a 60degree wash and it washes but doesn’t spin am thinking speed motor control – then she says she put on an empty 90degree wash and it ran correctly – any ideas please 😥
I changed the belt start the machine it went through the wash cycle but still wont spin tried a spin cycle machine displays 13 goes through the cycle gets to the part where it about to really spin then it stops at 8 on the display thinks its finished and the display goes back to 13 Help please???
further info she says she ran a 30min wash empty and it stopped after 8 mins so that kind of rules out OOB is it the PCB??

I believe this beast uses a 3 phase induction motor? It could be that the inverter module may need looking at? 😕
