Apologies that it has taken so long for me to get back to you.
This is one of those machines that has never worked since before the current owner took over the premises. I have already had to wire up the level switch by guesswork, there is one wire coming from live, one going to the thermostats and one going to somewhere else (possibly timer), all the individual components appear to work ok when tested, when I turn it on then it will fill and the wash motor runs, however even though it fills ok it never activates the level switch to say that it is full – I have checked the hose and switch and cant find any blockages/leaks and have tried tilting the machine forwards slightly to try and force activation but it doesn’t, if I bypass the switch then it turns the wash motor and fill valve off but turns the heater on.
I don’t normally deal with glass washers but am trying to help a friend out – should it run the motor when filling? and why doesn’t it run it when heating? – I suspect that someone may have played with it before me which is why I would like a wiring diagram so that I can check to see if they have mucked it up.
Thank you
Jem

Some of these machines have a washpump and a rinse pump.
Some will fill off the rinse pump and will not activate the wash pump until the wash temp has been reached.

From memory I think that this one only has a wash pump – so you think that if I gave it longer to heat it might then kick in the wash motor again?
Thank you
