ParticipantHi, Just replaced wash pump on this machine for a newer version, plastic body, electronic?
No instructions as for wiring?
There is 2 blue leads in one connector and one blue lead in another that came off the old one.
A lead with 2 brown wires has been supplied with the new one.
I’ve tried connecting them but the motor does not seem to run properly?
Anyone familiar with this machine?
Many thanks.

Use the wiring P/N. 41030033 (included in the Service Pack) to electrically connect the new
“Brushless” Motor Pump to the original wiring of the Dishwasher.
Should the new “Brushless” Motor Pump be used to replace one of the older two-speed Motor Pumps
P/N. 91200521, you must inform the Customer how the use of the HPS function is no longer
necessary, since the new “Brushless” Motor Pump will always work at the maximum speed, therefore
assuring the best washing results in any washing program. For the replacement, proceed as follows:
• Remove the old Motor Pump and disconnect it from the wiring of the Dishwasher (See Picture 1).
Fit in its place the new “Brushless” Motor Pump P/N. 41029304 (included in Service Pack).
• Extract the double brown wire from the three-ways connector of the original wiring of the
Dishwasher (See Picture 2).
• Fit AMP Terminal Cover P/N. 41011375 (included in the Service Pack) on the AMP connector of
the double brown wire. Fit both AMP connectors of the double brown wire and of the blue wire
inside the connector of the wiring P/N. 41030033 (included in the Service Pack – See Picture 3).
• Connect the wiring to the new Motor Pump The connector of the wiring from which the double
brown wire was taken and the ground wire of the old Motor Pump, remain disconnected. Please
insulate and adequately fasten them to the wiring, with a nylon zip-tie. Test the Dishwasher.
Unlike the similar “Brushless” Motor Pumps originally mounted on the production line, this spare
“Brushless” Motor Pump can be bench tested by feeding it directly with 230V/50Hz, for the
maximum time of 3 seconds. A longer time may permanently damage the Motor Pump. When not
working, it’s possible to check the continuity of its three safety fuses, directly fitted onto the
printed circuit of the electronic card (See Picture 4). These fuses cannot be repaired. Should one or
more should show a lack of continuity, it’s the confirmation that the Motor Pump must be replacediff any fuses have gone its a new pcb aswell 🙁
