Been out to a Zanussi washer dryer giving an E10 fault. I dont have the model as yet or the PNC as I thought I had cleared the job on the last call.
I cleaned out the plastic condensor on it as it was clogged to death. The condensor solenoid seems to be working as I can hear water trickling in on t/d. Fan and heating system is ok, and the 2 orange wires connected to the sensor on the bottom hose are good. Pump/filter is clear also. She has just called me to say it’s still erroring E10. Any ideas guys?
    Thanks.

Didnt check it Martin as I could hear water coming in on t/d.. If it was o/c it would be silent wouldn’t it?

True, but the coil can overheat and go o/c, cool then seem OK. But also do bear in mind that E10 can show during the wash cycle as well. That usually means an overfill/air pressure hose problem. So you may need to ask at what point the machine came up with the error…on wash or tumble dry?

If the answer is wash it’s either water inlet supply probs or overfill
If on tumble dry then 99.999{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the time it’s the triple valve.

Fluff blockage in condenser by the way gives a E20 error. 😉

Ahhh, I was barking up the wrong tree then. Thanks very much for that martin, will price her a tripple water valve. Cheers.
