    Hi Chris,

Best thing to do is buy a VOIP phone, and then sign up with a VOIP provider like VOIPcheap. It means you can have a normal phone on your desk which receives phone calls but when calling it’s sent via the internet – free to landlines and mobiles are about 8p a minute.

Means the total cost of calls to me is about £50 per quarter, plus BT line rental, but this also includes forwarding the calls to my mobile, which the VOIPphone does – as well calls to customers, suppliers etc.

The wife also uses it to call family overseas which is free too.

    More details are here: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/phones … lls#prices

    Hope that helps!

If you have broadband in the shop take a look at http://www.vonage.co.uk I pay about £13-£15 all in each month and it has a few extras included like emails with your voicemails attached, call diversion etc..
