    Hi all.

    Some advice/info please chaps. I usually work on Lux appliances but I have a friend’s sister who has one of these, apparently 2 years old.

    Symptoms are apparently that it will do the wash fine but on the final spin it just drains & then all the lights flash.

    Is there anything that I should be looking for with these symptoms. I thought brushes unlikely with a 2 year old appliance but anything is possible.

    Is there a diagnostic cycle? If so, how is it entered? Are there any fault codes that may help? Any info whatsoever greatly appreciated guys.

    You are a gentleman Jim.

    As I see this has a 3 phase motor I have to agree that brushes are at best unlikely. To be fair, I haven’t seen it yet.

    Righto. Been & looked at it & turned out to be a blocked drain filter. Unfortunately, the filter is broken & it is now leaking from the join of the filter & the pump housing. Can I get the filter & Gasket alone or is it only available with the pump? Part numbers & rough prices apprieciated.

    Pump complete is C00145315, list around £20 ex vat, quite a bit less at Masterpart. 😉

    Filter, filter handle and filter seal all available but my guess is they won’t be stock items so a delay in obtaining them might be likely.

    Filter alone is listed at nearly £10 ex vat.
