    My wife often pops her head over my shoulder to see what i’m doing on the net. She often catches me on here .

    Tonight though she piped up. “Your always ukwhitegoodsing it what on earth do you do on there”

    I said I’m after the latest fault code for a Hotpoint so we can pay are mortgage (That was a little white lie but it kept her quite). The kids have even started to roll there eyes when they see i’m on here. Your sad one of them said.

    The thing is there proberly right but I carn’t help myself.
    I just like some of the humour or lack of , chat and problems from people who are in the same boat as me.
    Anyway thought I would come clean .
    Are there anymore addicts out there 😳 😆

    Me neither… I have been through every thread since 2003 and can’t find anything relating to addicts…

    Mind you… I have had to spend 23hrs a day on the UKW site to check.

    yip at first its was some dodgy scotman that offer me some access –

    it started with the odd post – and then i was offered some more ..

    think it was

    then went onto general
    now im on all …

    I am not addicted but for some unknown reason I have to check the news on the ukw every night. On second thoughts Is there a ukw anoymous club

    I’m glad to see i’m not the only one ,even though it looks like there are still a few in denial.

    Tonight I thought I would try and go cold turkey . I watched My big fat gypsy wedding with the wife .(Sky sports not allowed with my wife in the room but thats another issue).
    Anyway it turned out to be quite good I liked the idea of grabing ,but coming towards the end of the programme I was getting the draw from the computer to see if anyone had posted I just couldn’t resist.

    So been as I have packed up a lot of my vices like going to the pub etc etc Ive decided to remain a addict for the forseeable future, or until I can find away into grabing. 😉
