    Hi

    Can anyone give me the product number for a replacement element for the top oven. I have no heat in the top oven and when I try to put it on it just trips the circuit.

    I replaced the element in the base oven less than 12 months ago so I am confident it is the top oven element.

    PS the grill is working fine

    Can you re check the ENR number 😉 there are no UN models listed but there are U1320 models. You also need to tell us the two digits after the GB part as well please.

    Was the oven purchased in the UK as it is not recognised as a UK model on the http://www.neff-eshop.com/eshop/neff/gb/indexa.htm

    HI thanks for the response. The oven was intalled in the house when it was newly built 8 years ago. I did purchase an element for the main oven from you guys approximately in August 2009 and liaised with Dave, please see extract below:

    If its a Neff then the 1st N is incorrect and doesn’t exist in the ENR model number.
    Chances are its a U1320N2GB/01 which also fits in with the manafacturing date of Dec 2002 .

    The part number your after I believe is 358481

    Contact Dave on this site at spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk and he should be able to source one reasonably quick for you, although it wont be the cheapest item on earth.

    Good luck and if fitting this yourself, remember to disconnect the unit from the mains supply for your own safety!
