You don’t mention if you actually tested the thermostats or the heater before you changed them, if not then it is not the best way to proceed.

If you do not have access to a megger or suitable multimeter and know how to use them, you should not be attempting to repair electrical appliances.

There is another thermostat in the door and a reversing timer in the base that could be at fault.

Changing parts on the off chance they may cure the fault without first testing them is a rather expensive practice.

green spot stat was open circuit and broken isulator in element caused element sections to touch so i changed stats and element also checked stat in door drum reverse,s while dryer operating been reading on google search about reset buttons and sticky floats also i checked relay at top of machine seems to operate ok sorry for not being more clear in my post going nuts trying to find problem

No reset button on these, if the float switch is stuck or faulty that can stop the heater, not easy to get at though.

Even though the machine will reverse, the reversing timer switches both the motor and the heater on and off and does occasionally fail giving a no heat fault.

Have you rechecked the new green spot stat, if the base of this stat gets pressed in, even accidentally it will fail.

If the machine is running then the relay is OK.
