hi all , having a bit o trouble with this customer sayes its tripping main rcd 60a and not the socket rcd , it starts ok then after a few minutes trips the rcd . the door switch doesnt work i dont think that has anything to do with the problem circ motor working ok and pump also working no sign of water anywhere and the element is reading 26.5 ohms anyone have any info on these models thanks

does the door latch close the door correctly if not it will be water ingress into the door lock assembly.

i had a look last night yeah the door is closing fine bob i’m trying to pinpoint at what stage the rcd trips , it takes in water does a quick rinse and then trips . if you move the timer on a bit it starts up again (after resetting the rcd) which leads me to believe its a component , maybe stat or a solenoid or the timer itself

more sinister problems , i need a wiring diagram , is there any test procedures for these models ? the door switch when operated trips the rcd ! it will work ok with the switch removed from the door until a certain point in the cycle and then trip also , ive checked everything door wiring , motor , pump element, solenoids ,stat
