customer complaining of freezing at bottom of fridge which it is ,I ran the self test and the fridge baffle opens and closes fine but the fridge sensor reads 9 degrees so it looks like it is reading wrong.
    Has anyone had this before?

    Hi

Is the freezer fan running correctly?

Also are the drawers in the correct position as some models have a drawer that allows air direct to the drawer compartment and if its out of position it will cause freezing of the base of the fridge.

Also there is normally a channel that ducts the air from the top air inlet down to the bottom and the vent could be either worn or allowing airto go through.
