    Hi,
    The freezer (and by extension the fridge also) on the above model is not cooling. The appliance sounds like it is working, fan on bottom rear is turning, compressor is hot.
    I took off the panel inside freezer side, the evaporator coil had no ice on it.

    I would be grateful for any suggestions that I could try before shelling out for a professional.

    If compressor is running ,hot and no refigeration likely there is a refigerant leak somewhere on the system,could also be compressor less likely a system blockage.
    You can search on here for your nearest engineer.
