    Hi Guys

    Just wondering what the plans are for the end of the month?

    Have we got confirm start times, agenda, who is attending etc in place.

    I had a quick chat with Ade on how we are getting up, we are planning to drive at the moment on thursday afternoon for friday meeting then depending on times etc whether we stay friday night leave saturday AM!

    Have we agreed on the travel and accomodation costs being paid from WTA funds?

    Any other Business?

    Flights booked landing 15.45 ,can someone pick me up ?
    Also Travel and accomodation -WTA
    Food and drink – ourselves
    seems to be the fairest way to my mind

    Which Friday is it? 29th?

    I agree with above, travel & accommodation = WTA Pay, food & drink, we pay.

    Time is fast approaching so I would just like to add that if any council member either coming or not have any thing that needs to be addressed and or discussed please can you send email or text to lawrence so it can be put on the agenda!
    We need to be organised 😉

    I think Ade is going to organise accomodation so numbers and nights required as soon as.

    I will be (if going with you Ade)the same nights as you 😆

    I fly up thurs 28th fly back sat 30th .
    Ade are you booking the park ?
    Also I am happy to eat at the hotel both nights .
    Will have an agenda next week

    I know we were sharing a lift and I said I would share your bed to save the TA some money, but I was only joking, but I’m game if you are :rotl:

    I will be travelling over after work on Thursday and travelling back Saturday. Will eat and drink anywhere.

    Rooms booked for me, Barrie, Stephen & Lawrence. £75PN.

    We need to pay on arrival… Will be be re-imbursed by WTA Funds on the Friday for rooms and travel? If so, I’m presuming we need to bring fuel / air ticket receipts & and the Invoice for the rooms? We can get the Hotel to Invoice the WTA for the rooms, even though we’re paying on arrival?

    Welcome note/letter
    Benefits available
    Do they want their name forwarded for contract work
    Please renew letter to send with renewals
    Thanks for renewing letter

    Stuff like that, just so that there’s contact and also consistency in the sign up and welcome thing.

    That should keep you amused on Friday morning.
