    Had a quick look at this today, fault reported was is wasnt washing properly. The machine fills up ok, heats and starts washing but then the drain pump comes on and stays on all the time. Anyone got some ideas what the problem might be

    I am not sure about your one, but as with others I have seen, the drain runs while the machine washes and rinses. As long as the stand pipe is in place this is normal. HTH

    Whats the reason for the drain pump running on them when its washing ????

    ones i have seen drain some water on the rinse as clean rinse water is being added,, but if it continues to drain check the second level pressure switch is dropping back..

    Replaced the pressure switch and it runs fine now
