    been emailed a call to repair
    anyone had e21 before as fault codes don`t go that high

    None of the ISE2’s had a digital display. 😕

    Is it an AW23?

    oops sorry yes
    Its an aw23 they purchased it with only the 2 year guarantee
    Thats what threw me

    E21 Motor blocked: voltage is fed to the motor but there is no signal from
    the rate generator

    The E21 error code is displayed and the wash programme is terminated.

    – Faulty motor (rate generator, thermal switch or winding)
    – Motor connection block removed
    – Thermal switch open due to motor overheating

    ok cheers
    so unless dodgy wire to motor
    it will need a new motor
