    customer reports machine cuts out after 6 mins. heater open circuit replaced and all seems well. but the same fault shows again, any ideas?

    Have you tried test mode on this to check error codes ?

    nothing does as said in the list (different order and other things) no error codes came up and on position 2 it comes up 429.

    if you let me have an email will send you the fault find chart and test prog info
    in fault find it gives a list of resistances for the prog selector

    1. Position ~1 Kohm
    2. Position ~2 Kohm
    3. Position ~3 Kohm
    4. Position ~ 4Kohm
    5. Position ~ 5Kohm
    6. Position ~6 Kohm
    7. Position ~7 Kohm
    8. Position ~8 Kohm

    up to
    16. Position 16 Kohm

    so approx 1K per click check that
