I have a Zanussi ZWF 1437W that showed a fault E30 which i understand from other posts is a pressure system fault. i removed main pump and pipes to find very bad blockages. freed out these. Then checked smaller pump which has a pipe to the door seal. i’m not sure of the exact function of this pump, seems like a recirc pump. cleaned it anyway but the pipe to door seal seems blocked when i blow through. Pipe seems unusually difficult to remove as it has factory fitted clamps.
Can i just try to feed a steel wire through to unblock, or is there anything i can damage. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

    Re: Zunussi ZWF 1437W

Have seen this pipe block quite often, it is the pipe for what Zanussi refer to as the ‘jetsystem’. Funnily enough it is often overlooked when diagnosing so well done there. As for removal, relase the door boot from the front of the machine only. The clamp there can then be removed with a flat bladed screwdriver. Be careful not to slip! With the top off of the machine (mains off ofcourse) and water removed via filter, thread out hose and roll/agitate or just replace. Re-fit with plyers, it will click back together. Dont forget to check tub vent hose at top of drum also. If fitted, its the one that links to the dispenser side.

    Scott.

Thanks for useful acvice Scott. done as you suggested and had no problems. Blockage was at the elbow where pipe entered door seal.
No vent pipe near dispenser on this model. Machine working perfectly again.
