    hi guys had a look at this today its had little use ,customer sayes it stops mid cycle and when i checked it , no heat from the element , it checks out ok though 23 ohms , theres a stat or toc next to it and there is cont, there too power going to the element when in use also ? so i dunno i’m gonna replace the element anyways anyone had this kind of fault b4 cheers

    Check Pcb for burning at the heater relay

    Doesn’t this machine have a timer? Worth checking the wiring loom inside the door. If that’s ok, then considering what you’ve checked already, could be the timer.

    Would it “stop” (= no sloshing?) just because it wasn’t heating?
    I doubt it. Perhaps it’s not reaching the heating period before stopping.

    i have to refer back to the original post , the problem being it has 220v going to the element but its cold , i cant see how this problem is something to do with the pcb , it has power at the element terminals , i didnt measure amperage but surely that wouldnt matter it has 220v !has to be carrying current also right ?

    Sorry, I interpreted that as meaning you had an indication with e.g. a “voltstick”, rather than your multimeter connected across the element. The control from pcb is usually in the neutral side.

    ah yes switched neutral mike,220v power to the pcb and then switched using a relay to the element thanks for that
