    Morning 🙂

Goatboy senior is having problems with a Ignis integrated WD. He says it randomly comes up with E14, and locks the user out. Somes on rinse, sometimes when it’s spinning. Seems random.

The fault code bible says F14 on a Whirlpool washer is eeprom (control unit). Do we think E14 on an Ignis WD is the same?

I tried to get more info out of him, but he was half out the door and shouting “Just find out what it is!!!”

    Do we need more info?

Is there a test procedure for this model?

ÃŒt seems like the Ignis ‘E’ error codes are different from the Whirlpool ‘F’ error codes 😕

Not a Whirlpool expert but if it is a badged Whirlpool is there not a 12NC number on it, that might help the Whirlpool aficionados to give you some help.
