KeymasterAgain, if you were at the meeting you will know that the Fault Code Guide is now available on Apple iOS devices.
For a limited period it’s free…
http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/fault-co … 20307?mt=8
It will be on Android as well in the next few weeks.
There are some bugs and errors, most of the errors we know about as it happened as we switched over servers and some data was lost. It’ll get sorted soon enough though.
Bear in mind, it’s the first pass at this and we were doing a lot at the time so it isn’t as perfect as we would perhaps like, but it does the job.
Enjoy.

I can’t get over how brilliant this is.
When I first left school I was apprenticed to the GPO and on my first day I met up with a gang who’s job it was, to fit dials to all existing phones in the Worthing area, ready for some three years later, when the new automatic telephone exchange came on-line.
Now here we are today, and I can read the meaning of washing machine fault codes on my phone.
Progress or what? 😀

Good Evening Ken
Is there any intention to setup the Fault Guide to work on Blackberry smartphones?

iOS is live now obviously.
Android in the next few weeks, possibly a month or so.
Blackberry no plans to do it as the user base is too low TBH.
Same with Windows Phone for the moment I’m afraid.
Quite simply, not enough users to make it economically viable.

It won’t be free on the next release. There’s only so much you can do for nothing. 😉

Nearly there, testing it I believe. Hope it’s ready in the next few weeks but holidays may interfere with the schedule a little.
