    Hi all

    Installed this ex display model for a friend…

    At first wash Pump out started fine…
    Did the wash, then pump kicked in as usual but thus time just a humming sound and no water coming out.. Am i right in thinking Jammed pump/ loose impellor?

    Also salt light flashes Although its full.. And lights 4&5 flash?

    Any thoughts

    PS lived the conference..
    My first, but definately not the last one i attend..

    I know it sounds daft but is it connected under the sink and if so that fitting my be blanked off?

    Lights 4-5 is a time out fill error

    Yes all new connections installed, taken waste pipe off… Still no water out…

    You have trade access Muv, moved thread to correct forum. 😉

    Drain pump is easy enough to get at, sounds like an obstruction, don’t get many impellors falling off these.

    Well finally sorted the problem… Went to disconnect hoses in order to get a look at the pump, and when I removed the waste hose from sink connector… There was a black plastic bung. Wedged in the waste pipe… This was definitely not on the fitting connected to the sink .. As I double checked this beforehand!

    Can only assume it was fitted in the dishwasher outlet hose from the outset

    Anyway looks like first reply was correct..
